Public Notice Regarding Governing Board Meetings
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02 notice is hereby given to the members of the public that a quorum of the Board may be present at Balsz Elementary School District (BESD) school or Community events. It is not the intention of the Board to conduct a meeting at these events and the Board will not take any legal action at these events. Out of abundance of caution, however, and in the spirit of full compliance with Arizona's Open Meeting Law, notice is hereby given that a quorum of Board members may be present at BESD school or community events.
Public Notice Regarding Governing Board Meetings
Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Balsz Elementary School District (BESD) and to the general public that the Balsz School District will hold regular meetings on the third Tuesday of each month for the 2025/26 school year, unless otherwise noted. If authorized by a majority vote of the BESD Governing Board, an Executive Session may be held.
All regular board meetings are open to the public and held in the Board Room at the BESD District Office located at 4825 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, 85008, and virtually. The doors will be open 30 minutes prior to the start of board meetings. The virtual meetings will begin at the start of board meetings and the link information to join virtually is listed on the agenda. The agenda will be available online at balsz.org/agenda and posted at the outside gate at the BESD District Office (4825 East Roosevelt Street, Phoenix, 85008) within 24 hours in advance of board meetings.
