Availability of School Breakfast Program

The Balsz School District takes advantage of the Special Assistance - Provision Two Program of the National School Lunch & Breakfast Program.  This Provision allows us to provide Breakfast and Lunch to all our students at no charge to their parents. 

Research has shown that starting the day with a nutritious breakfast helps students stay alert and perform better in school. Breakfast is available to all elementary school students at the start of the school day in each classroom.
